Delivery and Payment

We deliver to Ireland, UK and selected European countries.

How long does delivery take?

Ireland & Northern Ireland - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 1 to 3 days to be delivered. Orders sent by Express Post have a guaranteed next working day delivery (if the order is placed before 3pm).

UK - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.
Mainland Europe - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 3 to 7 working days to be delivered.

Orders received and paid for before 3pm will be dispatched that day (Monday to Friday). Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

How much does delivery cost?

We use An Post standard post, registered post, and express post with signature at the published rates on their website. We do not charge a handling fee.

Delivery charges for Ireland and Northern Ireland:

Delivery Charges for UK & Europe:

Smaller items, (e.g. single bottles of liquid, single batteries, single atomisers), will be delivered by standard post and a signature will not be required. Larger items, including boxes of cartridges and starter kits, will be sent by Registered Post. An Express Post option is also available for all orders to addresses in Ireland.

Orders totalling more than €100 will be delivered free by Registered Post.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

All deliveries sent by Registered Post or Express Post must be signed for. Please ensure somebody will be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivering.

Can I track my delivery?

Deliveries by Registered Post or Express Post can be tracked online. You will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card (Laser) or with your Moneybookers or PayPal account. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Credit Card Payments made through PayPal will appear as "VAPOURSTORE" on your statement. Laser/Credit Card Payments made through Moneybookers will appear as "LR XXXXBB-MONE-EUR" on your statement.
